Surfboard is a simpler, smarter and fairer team planning tool for customer service teams at scale.
If you’re reading this, then it means your organisation has chosen Surfboard to plan your team’s schedules and that you’re now a certified Surfer 🏄♀️.
Let’s get started!
Surfboard has two account types, a manager site and a surfer site. If you’re a surfer you’ll be using your personal surfer account.
When your manager is ready to invite you to join Surfboard, you’ll receive an email to create your account. When you get the email, simply follow the link and either link your Google account or create your password.
You can access Surfboard anytime through **www.app.teamsurfboard.com**
When you log in, you’ll be asked to enter your organisation’s name. This will always be one word so if your organisation’s name is made up of multiple words them join them together, e.g. Team Surfboard would be ‘teamsurfboard’.
<aside> ☝ Surfboard is a website, so you can use it on your desktop or phone through your browser, but it can’t be downloaded from an app store.
