Step 1: Grant Surfboard API access via the OAuth API for us to access ticket volumes and times.
This is done on manage.teamsurfboard.com - once you select Aircall, you will be redirected to your Aircall login page to enter details and grant us permission to retrieve call data.
Step 2: Validate ticket categorisations
Someone from the Surfboard team will contact you to make sure your tickets are categorised how you want them for forecasting and staffing calculations. This could be categorised by channel, ticket type or by urgency.
Step 3: Access Dashboard
Your Surfboard dashboard will be available at app.teamsurfboard.com and you can login with SSO or with your dedicated login credentials (sent by email). Within the dashboard, you will be able to see your forecasted tickets, staffing requirements and team performance metrics.
Step 4: Input shift & schedule settings and team availability
You'll tell us what your shift patterns are, who is eligible for what shifts and what tasks need to be scheduled. These are the inputs that we need in order to automatically generate your shift plans and schedules.
